Delete your FreeRoster account

You can delete your FreeRoster account at any time, yourself or by asking us. FreeRoster is operated by Brobata, LLC.

In the app

1. Open FreeRoster and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account at the bottom.
3. Confirm. You are signed out and the account is closed straight away.

On the web

Sign in at freeroster.com, open Settings, and use Delete account at the bottom of the page.

By email

No access to the app? Email support@brobata.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my FreeRoster account.” We'll confirm it's you and delete it within 30 days, and tell you when it's done.

What is deleted

• Your login. The account is closed and can't be signed into again.
• Your email address and name on the account, and any Google or Apple sign-in linked to it.
• Your access to every team you belonged to.
• This device's notification registration.

What stays with your team

A schedule is your employer's record as well as yours, and employers are often required to keep one. So the team keeps its own copy: your name on past and posted schedules, the shifts and hours you worked, and your time-off history. It is no longer connected to a login. A manager can remove you from the team, or you can ask them to. If you are the ownerof a team and want the whole team's data deleted, say so in your email.

We may also keep limited security logs for as long as the law requires, and then delete them.
